Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (QCF) 3 Days

Allied International Risk is an approved QA centre delivering First Aid at Work training to a wide range of organisations in various sectors. The First Aid at Work certificate is a requirement for First Aiders in the workplace in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.

The Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (QCF) course is run over three days and includes both theory and practical sessions. By arrangement the course can be run on non-consecutive days, for example – one day a week over three weeks.

The Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (QCF) Syllabus Includes: 

  • Emergency First Aid at Work unit – see  EFAW page
  • Secondary survey
  • Injuries to bones, muscles and joints
  • Head and spinal injury
  • Chest injury
  • Burns and Scalds
  • Eye injury
  • Sudden poisoning
  • Anaphylaxis 
  • Major illness

This course comprises of theoretical and practical assessments.
